Montezuma Brand and Smokey Chipotle

Are you kidding me? How does the United States Patent and Trademark office grant a company the exclusive right to use every spelling variation of "smokey' "chipotle"? A chipotle is a smoked chile. Redunant use of the term does not, or should not, give exclusive rights to the terminology. And confusion over whether someone is searchign for a hot sauce versus a powdered cheeseball mix? Come on get serious. And then how mature is it to post all of the violators on your website? If you have a product, you should worry about capitalizing on your name not the terminology of "smokey chipotle". I tell you what, I won't be promoting your item. And if was so good, I'm sure I would have had it by now since your trademark registration in 1995. Yeah, I researched it.

Dear Freecycle Moderator

Seriously? It's Freecycle. That means things are free. If you do not like that certain words are included...then delete them. You have already taken the time to read all of the posts before publishing them. Stop wasting everybody's time to have them revise and repost. So what if I included the original cost? It was expensive back in 1995. Hell, $400 is a lot now! But I apologize for confusing the little people, like you, for not indicating that the item I am posting on Freecycle is...well, free.

I hope that by specifically writing that I am not looking for money is clarity enough...for Freecycle. It really makes recycling and donating seem like a hassle when you do not have the common sense to moderate the post.

Regarding a separate submission, since you ARE reading the posts, you should have noticed that the submission was not exactly the same. Since I had no takers for an ICE CREAM MAKER, I thought I would revise the posting. I apologize for making you read something that was a similar post withint the last 7 days. Heaven forbid. But again, I will make your volunteer job just as difficult and time consuming as you would like.

Seriously...
